A – To set Audio Art Cable apart from the crowd, our mission is to provide products that we feel offer exceptional price to performance value. Our cables are frequently compared favorably to cables costing many times more than ours do, and have ended up taking the place of very high priced cable products in our customer’s systems. Many of our customers have happily sold their higher priced cables after experiencing Audio Art Cable, and pocketed the profits!
Q – Are your cables the same as DH Labs cables, repackaged in different jackets and connectors?
A – NO! Our products were designed in cooperation with DH Labs cable design guru / mad scientist, Darren Hovsepian, and are made in a different factory.
Q – What is your affiliation with DH Labs?
A – Darren Hovsepian was contracted by Audio Art Cable to design our products, and services our company as a supplier.
Q – Is there a guarantee on your cables?
A – Yes! A 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee, and a 1 year parts and labor warranty covering any manufacturing defects. Order from us with confidence!
Q – Do you offer cryogenically treated cables?
A – Not yet. Probably sometime in 2008 we will experiment with this.
Q – Can you burn in my cables for me prior to shipping?
A – Yes! We will burn your cables for you on a Hagerman Technology Fry Kleaner Pro upon request for an $10 charge per pair. Allow 72 extra hours to ship.
Q – What shipping methods do you offer?
A – Typically we ship using UPS Ground Service, but can also use Priority Mail or other services periodically at our discretion. Expedited methods are available upon request.
